Data treatment:
- This data has been parsed by a linear regression algorithm in order to complete any missing data with a likely statistical approximation (countries may be missing data for certain years for any number of reasons, see original source) and to produce statistical projections for the near future.
- The EU27 average has been weighted in accordance with population data.
- Worldwide Governance Indicators are scored from -2.5 to 2.5. These have been rescaled to range from 0 to 100. Please note that this data is different from the percentile data, ranked from 0 to 100, also provided by the Worldwide Governance Indicators.
